What happens if I exceed 250 tasks?
Nothing that blocks you. We warn at 80%, 100%, 120%. MCP reads keep working, writes (create_task, claim_task, complete_task) soft-lock until the monthly reset. No bills you did not agree to, no overdraft.
What does "fair use" mean on Pro?
In practice: do not call create_task in a while-true loop. The soft cap is 5,000 tasks/month/org without a heads-up. Need more? Join the Pro waitlist — bespoke caps are a Pro feature.
When does Stripe ship and Free → Pro switch happen?
With v0.5, planned for Q3 2026. Everyone on the waitlist gets 30 days of Pro free and 25% off the first year. Zero data migration — we just flip your org tier.
Can I self-host drobek?
No. drobek runs as a managed service on EU infrastructure. Your data exports cleanly (tasks, plans, knowledge entries, audit log) if you ever want to leave — but the runtime itself is not distributed for self-hosting.
Are prices in EUR or USD?
Free is zero in both. Pro will be €24/month invoiced in EUR for EU customers. Czech s.r.o. invoices include VAT 21%, international ones get reverse charge.
Can we get a DPA / SCC agreement?
Yes, for Pro. Standard DPA + SCC per EU decision 2021/914. We send a PDF for signature, ~5 business day turnaround.
